Product Description Identify a spare scart socket on your television and push the adaptor fully into it. Connect the remote extender to the adaptor and locate it at the front or side of your tv, it has a sticky pad. This allows the remote control to operate the Freeview adaptor even though it is behind your television. Connect your aerial cable to the aerial socket on the adaptor. Finally plug in the mains power supply and connect the DC lead to the power socket on the adaptor. Select the appropriate AV mode of your television and use the remote control to set up the Freeview adaptor and do a service scan.
** Also use this adaptor to convert a VCR or DVD recorder to receive and record Freeview channels.
**There is 3.5mm stereo jack socket for audio output. This means you can feed the audio signal from the adaptor to your existing amplifier if you have a TV without speakers or a home cinema system. This feature is not included on any other Freeview boxes of this type on the market.

Konig Digital Freeview July 22, 2010 J. C. Morgan (Taunton UK) Good product, works well, but the instructions in pack are not much help, however you can google the product and get help from others who have bought the product in the past.
Excellent July 21, 2010 Steven Bought this product after doing a bit of research. Was a bit doubtful that it would be able to perform. Got it out of the box didn't have to read any instructions. Plugged it in the back of the TV. Some onscreen prompts came up and with 3mins I had freeview TV on my little flat screen in my bedroom. The only thing I wish it could do is put the TV in stand by mode as I now have my original remote for my TV which is only good for switching the TV on and off. Would recommend this product to anyone.
Konig Freeview July 19, 2010 P. Truman (Derby UK) Superb! Fitted, tuned and running in less than 5 minutes. No aggro at all.I am only using a small indoor arial and it is registering high signal quality on almost all channels.
Best of all the channel change is faster on this than any Freeview tuner I have used or seen including Sony and Samsung hi-spec TVs. If it stays working it will be fantastic value.
fantastic July 13, 2010 Paula mcmurdo for such a ittle gadget i was amazed at how good the picture is. better than my freeview tv. would buy a dozen times over.
Good product July 11, 2010 Anon Received more channels then a previous freeview box I owned. Good reception and am using an inside aerial.
