Dish Alignment can be tricky. However, www.dishpointer.com is a great way of establishing the exact satellite direction from your own home.
Satellite dish co-ordinates vary slightly depending upon where you live in the UK.
Check out the Alignment settings leaflet for the exact settings corresponding to where you live.
