cant get the included cd to install drivers for the product - went to web site and no drivers - read bulletin board and found many users that can't install drivers or get any support - very disappointed

Great item! Wasn't shipped on same day as purchased as stated. The video quality isn't amazing but very useful. Had some difficulty with drivers with Windows 7 64-Bit, but I resolved it myself in the end. In case anyone has any doubts about the legitimacy of this product, it has been confirmed from the EzCap site that this is legit. Price is on the high side though...

After I had downloaded the new drivers for Windows7 and set up I recorded straight into Pinnacle Studio 12 no problems at all, now I can easily get all my Hi8 tapes on to DVD

The disc was easy to install in my laptop and the drivers were found without any problem. This products works well with Windows 7. The program that comes with the Video Capture Device is very straight forward to operate and I have finished saving all my camcorder tapes on disc. I would definitely reccommend this device.

Arrived two days after placing order. I used this product to convert the video feed from a cctv camera to a USB signal, & used some free security camera software, which I downloaded from the net, to record the images from the camera, onto my pc. Easy to set up & works fine with Windows 7 64 bit, & has been running continuously for a week, with no problems. I cannot comment on the bundled video editing software which comes with it, as I have not loaded or used this on my machine.
