after having purchased the booster i was not sure of the connectins ie..which do i connect to the IN and OUT connections..the
satellite dish or the freesat/sky box.I got in touch with the suppliers who said...the IN GOES TO THE SATELLITE DISH and
the OUT GOES TO THE FREESAT/SKY BOX.....and it works BRILLIANT....ELMO.

I can't give a review on this item cos it didn't work with my set top. Maybe it is not compatible with cable (virgin media)or didn't connect it properly.

I had to run a 23 metres shotgun cable to my seccond sky box and found the signal strength was about a 25% and therefore the movie channel kept breaking up much to the disgust of my 11 year old - so bought one of these amplifiers and a short male to male cable 0.5 Metre Gold Plated F-Type Male to Male Satellite Coaxial Cable by Cable Mountain and connected it up. The result was amazing- the signal is now about 80% and the picture is s rock solid- so this 100% worked for me.

I was a little bit sceptical about this, but i wired it up and my signal strength and signal quality has nearly doubled! I would recommend this for anyone that needs that little bit more of a boost. And it doesnt need to be plugged in and run of the mains, bonus!

Return not possible. Company stated as it had been used it could not be returned. Use was impossible as we do not have a Sky set up. Info on the add was not clear that this item was solely for Sky. Had it been so I would not have ordered. Delivery was prompt!
